What we offer:
A 1 year placement within our global Operations Optimisation team, based in either Europe or Asia and training as Change Agents for high profile, key projects. Graduates will have the opportunity to travel to our sites to learn about our operations and products, and meet our experts to build an understanding of the capabilities throughout Sibelco.
Our program is designed to expose you to a global view of the industrial environment whereby you will be encouraged to create solutions, drive change and develop the skills of our people. Our Operations Optimisation team comprises multiple skillsets including process and project engineering, production, planning, scheduling, maintenance and reliability.

What we are looking for:
- Educated with minimum Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science
- Masters is highly regarded
- Competent English language skills
- Be mobile to travel within continent and ideally globally
- Training or experience in LEAN Manufacturing is an advantage
- Up to 2 years industry experience is an advantage
- A curiosity into the industrial environment
